Confidential by default
What a leader shares with LIA stays private. The organisation never sees individual conversations, reflections or notes.
A short summary of how LIA uses AI and data. Full terms are set out in the client agreement.
LIA is designed to understand what helps a leader move forward, without remembering everything they share. Its memory focuses on relevant context, commitments and learning, while avoiding sensitive information that is not needed.
Leaders should be able to review, correct or delete what LIA remembers. The information they share in conversations remains separate from the context an organisation provides.
When an organisation sponsors LIA, it may see adoption and aggregated indicators. Individual conversations, personal examples and private outputs are not shared without the leader’s explicit agreement.
LIA is there to support development, not to evaluate individual performance.
What a leader shares with LIA stays private. The organisation never sees individual conversations, reflections or notes.
Usage and aggregated patterns only, such as adoption, common challenges and perceived impact, never anything that identifies a person or their words.
Client and user content is not used to train shared AI models. Any other use requires a separate written agreement and explicit opt-in.
AI helps LIA diagnose, plan, guide and follow up with each leader. Personalisation stays within that leader's own experience.
LIA's outputs are suggestions. It does not make or support decisions about people; the leader stays in charge.
Our team has no access to individual content by default. AI and hosting providers are bound by confidentiality and security commitments; details are shared with clients.
