What is the meaning of LIA?
LIA stands for Leadership Intelligent Advisor. An advisor, not an evaluator: someone on the leader's side, who listens, helps think and stays with them over time. The three shapes of the mark are a conversation in motion, and steps, each one taking the leader a little further.
